I work with companies that want to initiate their exports or they want to increase their present in the international markets.
According in where they are positioned, they have at their disposal several services, always personalized to their exact needs:
- Pre-export Level. I help companies that want to start their exports to clarify their doubts and confirm the viability of their presence in international markets. I help these companies to discover possible deficiencies, both of the company and of the products, and to solve them conveniently.
- Start Level. I help companies to know which are the best markets to concentrate their efforts and achieve their exports. I also help companies in all aspects of the export of their products: adaptability of the product to the destination market, payment methods, export contracts, Incoterms, international logistics, necessary documents, etc…
- Advanced Level. I help companies that have difficulties or specific problems in the export of their products.
So, first of all, obviously, I need to know exactly what the problem you need to be solved is. So an initial meeting is very important and almost indispensable in which you will explain me about your problem. The more you will report me, better and quicker results you will get back.
Due that I am based in Barcelone (Spain) we will always have a virtual meeting using the facilities of Skype (or similar) as many times as needed and agreed.
Above all, I am flexible. Each of my clients is unique and has a unique and different problem from others and should be treated completely personalized. So, depending on the problem to solve, the process can be different and unique for each client.
